There are only 3 screw to undo and the replacement is easy with little chances for mishandling.In this case, only the bulb was shipped. This mean I had to find a much smaller screwdriver, like for glasses and the replacement got more delicate. There is a high chance to mess it up in my opinion since it is even shipped with plastic gloves to avoid touching it with your hands. The screws are really tiny and hard to replace once unscrewed. I almost lost one in the process when it fell on the carpet. After about 10mn spent cursing at the seller,I succeeded with the replacement and the bulb works as expected but I do not consider the seller to be honest. Thus the 2 stars only (and the curses). Update 08/01/2011 I just got contacted by the seller's customer service to apologize for the confusion. Since I had already installed the bulb, no replacement was necessary so the... Read more |
